Where are your pieces made?
Most of our furniture is handcrafted in our proprietary workshop. We manage every step—design, construction, and finishing—on-site to ensure the highest quality and personalized attention to each order. Outsourced fabrication (i.e. Metal Table Legs) are by vetted and highly skilled professionals.
Where do you source your materials?
We work with trusted suppliers across the U.S., prioritizing sustainably harvested, kiln-dried hardwoods and high-quality metals. Some pieces also use regionally sourced woods such as Ohio-grown walnut, maple, and poplar.
What is the usual production timeline?
Most custom orders are completed within 6–11 weeks after final design approval. More intricate or large-scale builds may require additional time. Your proposal will include an estimated completion window, which we take seriously.
What types of finishes do you offer?
We offer both natural oil finishes (for a matte, organic look) and conversion varnishes or lacquer (for a glossier, more sealed finish). Both options are durable and water-resistant. We can guide you on the best choice for your space and usage.

How is the furniture delivered?
Each item is carefully wrapped and crated for protection. We offer LTL freight delivery, white glove installation (including in-home setup), or local pickup. If you’re within 30 miles of our shop, we offer direct delivery and setup..
Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to collect your order from our workshop. We’ll schedule a pick-up date and prepare your piece for safe travel.
Are shipments insured?

We offer a six-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This includes repairs and touch-ups where necessary. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, external factors, or pet-related damage.

If your piece develops a defect due to a production flaw, send us photos and a description of the issue. We’ll evaluate the claim and work with you on a repair or replacement solution as quickly as possible.
